5. Competitive Use

AI-Specific Restrictions

When using our AI models and robotics platforms, you additionally agree not to:

• Generate content intended to manipulate, deceive, or mislead
• Use models to make automated decisions about individuals that could significantly affect their rights (employment, credit, healthcare) without human oversight
• Deploy models in high-risk scenarios (medical diagnosis, legal advice, autonomous vehicles) without appropriate human review and safety measures
• Use outputs to train competing AI models without explicit permission

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this policy, including:

• Removing or disabling access to content
• Suspending or terminating accounts
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities
• Taking legal action
